Default Help identify this 94 Explorer part...

Under the hood, drivers side, between coolant resevoir and ABS module, might
be some sort of fuel vent canister?, has two plastic knob/plugs on top and
two rubber hoses attached to it.

Its a carbon canister. It stores fuel vapors to be used next time
vehicle is running.
