california lien question
My uncle has purchased a vehicle for me to drive, however to protect
his interest in the vehicle he would like to sign the vehicle to me, and place a lien on the vehicle. what section of the dmv does this fall under, and how would he do this? the dmv website has 100's of pages on this, but nothing showing procedure that i can find. thanks.
