Default 94 Accord ABS Light Comes ON

I'm having this problem with the ABS light coming on on my 94 Accord EXR.
It started coming on only after was rolling about 5 km but now it comes on
soon after I start moving the car. When I start the engine and its on idle,
it goes through the ABS check and light goes off, soon as I put it in gear
and roll about 10-15 feet, I hear a relay click somewhere under the
glovebox and ABS light comes on. I checked the fuses on the relay module
under the hood, even opened behind the glove box but could not figure out
anything there. Is anything I can do or chek b4 I take it to a dealer ?
Sometimes I think Hondas have problems with their electronics, I just
fixed my DRL problems on the Odyssey by resoldering some contacts on the
relay board. Any suggestions would be more than welcome.
Thanks.

Is your park brake fully off? Do you hear the ABS pump run shortly
after startup? Have you checked the brake fluid level in the ABS
reservoir (it's seperate from the main reservoir)
