You can find the codes here

Sounds like the distributor pick-up is bad.

You may want to go back and check the timing belt.. rarely does the
distributor pin break on this vehicle

had an 87 daytona that had the timing belt strip clean out around the botom
sprocket.. had to actually take the timing belt off to even see it.

It was exactly that, thanx.....I cut the belt w/ a knife pulled it out
and it was missing about 6 or7 teeth down where you cant see.

====================================

The 2.2L is a non-interference engine. If the timing belt breaks, the
engine free-wheels without the valves hitting the pistons.

glad i could help make sure you get the thing lined up again when it's
put back on. i made the mistake, somehow, of having it out one cog in
timing.. absolutely NO power over 2500 rpm. my mistake. but that daytona
has since been retired.

hey man i think i know wat could be ur problem. i had the same problem
just a few weeks ago on my 92 dodge spirit. There is a circuit breaker or
a relay (i forget which one)located by the ECM right by the battery with a
dingy white colored connector going into it. it is mounted on the fender
wall so u probably have to remove the battery to get to it. check to see
if there's any corrosion in the connector and then check to see if that
breaker/relay is bad. lemme know if u have any luck. ttyl.
