WTF? That PhotoBlocker **** Actually Works?!?!!?
People who use this are taking a big risk. If they are ever involved
in a serious crash, having this **** on their plates will make them look like reckless drivers and greatly increase the chances the jury will decide against them.

And at least in the UK it's illegal to deliberately make your numberplate less visible.
