Just got an insurance quote for a 75 V6 for a giggle.

True. The GTV 2.0Ts felt less sprightly than the 33 8v, though I *knew* it
was quicker!

Personally I think the TS engine feels a bit underpowered in any modern
Alfa. It just lacks that feeling of urgency even though the performance
figures stack up ok. The TS sounds good too, I just yearn for that bit more
power and torque. The V6 provides the "rush".

as i can see in the technical manual of the 75, the power/weigh is 7.8kg/cv for
a 75 2.0 TS and 7.3kg/cv for the 156 V6, it's a little gap .
(the 0-100km/h (60mph) is 8.2s for a 75 2.0 TS, not 8.8s)

the 156 V6 has better perf, sure, but the feeling is for the 75.
