Default HELP!!

I have a 98 Intrepid, while switching to a new battery (side Terminal)
I inadvertently touch the positve terminal off the negative and vice
versa a few quick sparks and the horn bleew...once I got everyhting
hooked up properly my remote mirrors power locks and trunk release
won't work. Is there more than 1 fuse panel beside the one under the
hood I can check???

BINGO !! Found it.....fuse #19 per previous messages operates all 3
items.
