Default Skyjacker single/double flex kits

Whats the difference? I have looked around but couldn't find anything that
explained well enough for a noobie like me. I just really want to know, is
the single flex still good? I mean, its not like it will be complete crap
if i get the single and not the double right?

Thanks guys!
