Default Traction Control not working

After my local Saturn dealer replaced my broken PCM, the ABS light was on
and the TCS status light would not stay on. I had a code 35 (right rear
sensor)but the resistance checked out ok. I bought a replacement ABS
computer but it did not fix the problem. This morning I noticed that the
wire harness was not plugged in to the ABS control module under the master
cylinder. Now the ABS is working but the Traction Control light is still
not staying on.

What could this be? Is there a relay for the TCS system or a fuse?
Please help me.

Thanks
