A few Odd questions

This was normal for all VWs up thru '70.

You're probably thinking of the headlight sw change
starting with '68, where Term #57 was omitted.

In any event, his is a '70 or a '73 (undetermined)
and shouldn't be affected.

And...he says *all* the running lights come on.
'68 and up both Park and Tail lights come on
with the first pull and *stay* on with the second pull.

You're right. I'm mixing this up with the ignition switch change that
occurred in '71 (when the ignition switch started to turn the
headlights off.)
