When you have a larger vehicle, the skill level required to safely operate
that vehicle increases. Bus drivers and large truck ("18 wheeler" type)
drivers have to get a different class license than "John Q. Average" car
drivers and (as it stands now) pickup truck and SUV drivers.

The skills are the same, I agree. The skills needed in Little League
baseball, high school baseball, college baseball, and Major League baseball
are the same as well. That doesn't mean anyone who can play Little League
will succeed at the higher levels.
