Default Headlight Eagle Talon

Just purchased a 1991 Eagle Talon TSI AWD and the headlamps are
permanently up. Does anyone know what I need to check to make them
recede? Thanks.

Yes, behind the headlight inside the hood you will see a small cylinder
covered with rubber . It is marked, twist it to raise or lower the light. If
the lights are stuck this often loosens them so they will work. Also check
the appropriate fuse for pop up headlights under the dash drivers side Fuse
#4 10 amp.

Thanks Keith,
Tried the cylinder and works with one but seems to be stuck on the
other. May need to look inside to see what is holding it, or trying a
little 10W40.
