Default Sleeve wheel nuts?

Who sells sleeve nuts for aluminium wheels? I need 3/8" thread, .625" or
..688" OD on the sleeve.

You mean the old school mag style lug nuts that you use with the little
stainless steel washers? Used for mounting wheels without the tapered
lug seat? (i.e. just a straight hole bored through the wheel) Any
speed shop or mail order speed parts place should have them, Jeg's,
Summit, etc. However, since I see you spelled "aluminum" incorrectly
<G> I am guessing you are not in the US and therefore this answer may
not be 100% useful to you. However, if you expand your search to "mag
style lug nut" instead of "sleeve nut" that may help some.

Just came back to the NG, and I reread your post, are you sure you meant
3/8"? I'm not aware of any lugs in SAE sizes that aren't either 7/16"
or 1/2"...
