Revoking licenses don't work for law breakers. They just drive anyway. The
only way to keep them away from us is to, well, keep them really away from us (some place else they can't get out of). |

You should get an extra chance, after that, they should pull your license permanently. Yeah - but even with a suspended DL, they keep right on driving.
