Default 01 Windstar Electrical Gremlins - Wacky Gauges

I have a 01 Ford Windstar that has multiple electrical gremlins. They
started within a week of purchase for way too much money from Deihl
Motor Co in York, PA. I would recomend against buying from them.
It usually has the ABS light on while driving, except of course when we
bring it to the dealer. After they had it for two weeks, they couldn't
find the problem. Next day, the light was on again, brought back to the
dealer, light went off, dispite leaving it running in the parking lot
waiting for the tech.
We gave up on that and decided to deal with it, after the dealer
insisted we pay a second diagnostic fee even though it was under their
30-day warranty.
Now, it has learned a new trick.
All the gauges went to one extreme or the other. Temp -> severe over
heat, gas -> empty, tach -> zero, speedo -> zero while the engine was
running and the vehicle moving. All idiot lights were on. Then, while
stopped at a traffic light, speedo went to 120, tach -> 7k. Once
moving, speedo was at 90 even though we were moving at about 30 mph.
All this happened within a 1 mile stretch. Once in the driveway, the
vehicle was turned off and won't do it's trick now.
Any ideas?

It has about 63,000 miles on it, otherwise no obvious problems.

Thanks,
Karl Kittler
