A justice system isn't just if it's courts do not allow the right to a
prosecutor as well as a Jury and a lawyer for those who are not
financially able to apoint one themselves.

A justice system isn't just if it's courts do not allow the right to a

(especially the traffic courts)...

Not all trials/courts require a jury (thank God) otherwise all the rest
of us would get in the mail would be summons for jury duty...
