Default A/C issue

My 95 Plymout Acclaim' A/C does not work as one expects; namely, the
cold air is missing almost entirely (the supply pressure seems to be
ok). Can anyone give me some advices? (auto-service's repair could be
as expensive as the car price)
Thank you!

What do you mean, the supply pressure seems to be okay?

Is the compressor running? Have you taken pressure readings on
both the high pressure side and low pressure side of the system? If so,
what were they?

The normal issues that keep you warm a
(1) low refrigerant charge,
(2) compressor or clutch defective,
(3) expansion device defective
(4) air conditioning blower motor
(5) air path blocked
(6) control circuits defective -control circuits can include pressure safety
switches, antifreezeup sensor,
computers, etc.
(7) condensor or evaporator core plugged or fins damaged...

and on into the night.
