Default '93 SC@ starting problem...

Hi, recently car hesitates to start:
turn key & hold - up to 30 sec. later the starter kicks in?

loose or corroded starter wires?, ignition switch?, starter?
Thanks, D.

All your listed guesses are certainly possibilities, but given the age and
assuming average mileage the starter solenoid contact would be my guess.
Start by making sure the battery cable connectors and battery posts are
clean and tight.
