Default Gas banks

A gas bank? The concept has been around for awhile, and it may be
coming to a pump near
you. You prepay it all upfront, you don't have that change in gas
prices all the time. It's a lot like a regular old bank, but here you
make a deposit of money that gives you a credit of fuel. Once that
deposit is made into your account, you have virtually converted your
dollars into gallons. The fuel bank lets you buy gas at that day's
price and use it anytime, today, or in the future when the prices go
