Default no click,no start

I have a 94 dodge shadow and there is no click no start, I've checked the
starter relay, the ignition switch, the starter, the computer, most
wiring. Sometimes(once in a blue moon) it will start just a-1. I also can
start it with a wire from the starter relay and battery while turning the
key. I have good battery, lights, everything but it won't crank on it's
own, not even a click. I'm thinking of running a jump wire with a toggle
switch so I can switch the toggle and turn the key.Any idea to fix this
right will be useful.Cause we are stumped.

Double checked the gear selector to ensure it's in park if it's an auto?

If it's in park, check the *cable* *itself* and make sure the
*transmission* *itself* is in park, not just the PRNDL.

Beyond that, I'm stumped too.

Thanks for the tips, it was the neutral safety switch, what fooled us was
we tried a new one, but it was faulty also, throwing us off the problem.
Who would have thought the new switch was bad also.
