Online key for GT Legends

Is anyone having problems getting their online key for GT Legends? I have
contacted them by email and I'm not getting any response. I have tried
calling them, but all their message boxes are full. Any ideas as to how I
get them to respond? This really sucks and I would caution any future
purchaser that this is a company that doesn't appear to give a **** about
their customers.

Press person and she can;t help out.

I'm in the same boat as the rest of you. Had GTL since Sunday, and
can't get it online. Very frustrating indeed.

One thing to note though; I use Yahoo for my race mail. I usually dump
my bulk folder without opening it. I did finally get an automated reply
from Viva, at least telling me they had received the email, and it went
to the bulk folder. So make sure you look there before dumping it...

In which case I think I'd post back at RSC where Eden7c may have some
strings he can pull. Early on this all looked like it was being sorted out
quite well.

Got a response from Viva Media. To all those concerned by this issue, write
to them at . From what I've been told, some games were
printed without the online key (and that's almost a direct quote from the
reply). They should provide one for you.

I GOT MY CD KEY~~ i emailed the guy and he just send me the CD KEY !!! GOOD
STUFF !!! send him your bar code number and isbn number

I e mailed Tim at Viva and two hours later I had an apology and an
online key.
