Default Dragging brakes

I'm having a problem with the right front brake on my '89 F-350
dragging. It's and intermitent problem, but seems to occur when I am
doing a lot of stops where I have to shut off the truck for a few
minutes, then take off again.

I live in the hills of WV and even though I have to use the brakes a
lot going down the hills, that doesn't seem to make the problem show
up.

The truck had been parked for several months before I bought it and I
had a probelm with it dragging when I checked it out, but it cleared
up right away after I used the brakes a few times. I drove it home
(about 550 miles) without a hitch, then the brakes started dragging
again yesterday.

The fluid looks a little dirty, so I was considering flushing the
system and putting in fresh fluid, but the pads and rotors look fine.

Thanks.

Good chance you have a binding caliper here, or possiblly a collapsed brake
hose at the suspect wheel.
