That link didn't work for me in Firefox but a search for "drivers" did.

Very interesting extrapolation of data but your typical American will
think, "Huh, so what if my odds are 9 times greater to crash when I'm
reaching back and fiddling with my kid/s in the backseat. I'm a good
driver, my chances of crashing are right at 0".

"Doesn't apply to me, I do it all the time and never had a crash.
That's enough evidence for me to conclude I'm a good driver. Nine
times zero equals zero, where I went to school".
