Default The SOA saga continues - Shocks and SYE

Jeep is 89 YJ 2.5L softtop. SOA lift on stock spring packs.

Got the spring work all done, drop pitman arm installed, ect. Next order of
business is shocks, then SYE and CV driveshaft.

I'm eying Skyjacker Nitros. I had the Hydros on my 89 XJ and it did awesome
off road, rode very nice on the road. The YJ is more of a wheeler and less
of a DD, so I feel comfortable stepping up to Nitros. I will be converting
the upper front shock mount from the pin/stud type to the eye type.
Opinions?

For the SYE/CV combo, Tom Wood at www.4xshaft.com has what I'm sure is a
solid kit. I decided not to monkey around with shortening a Cherokee front
shaft. Thier 231 kits are under "Tail shaft conversion kits". The one I'm
looking at is bottom right, for the "early design". Opinions on this kit?

Besides what is included in the kit and ATF, what else will I need to put
the SYE in? Special tools?

I've got more pics of the SOA if anyone is interested.

Thanks,

Carl
