Car Alarm goes off at one location - post 9/11 question

Thanks for all of the replies, the following day after I posted the
message another car was doing the same exact thing and then today it
stopped happening.

If it starts up again I am going to call FBI, I found their local
number yesterday, and let them decide if it is an issue that needs to
be looked at.

After searching the Internet I think I may have found the problem, It
seems the same thing was happening around a military base in Nevada
when they were doing some stuff with Microwaves; I am close to an air
force base, the satellite command center for Harris, NASA and the space
squadron wing; my guess is someone may have been doing some testing
with microwaves, but to be confined to an area of less than an acre
does seem strange especially since it was a storage center.
