Default Need help identifying part on 1.8T

I have a 99 passat with the 1.8T.

There is some kind of soft hose under the intake manifold near the oil
dipstick.

It's broken, and seems to be leaking exhaust and oil.

What is this part called, and does it make sense that it's leaking
exhaust and oil?

How hard is it to replace.

Engine seems to run just fine otherwise.

Thanks!!

Bob

No exhaust there to leaks, but you will have oil vapor and maybe a vacuum
leak. Stop by your dealer and show the parts person the hose you need.

The "stop by your dealer" part requires taking 1/2 day off work. Twice
if they don't have it in stock. Do you know what it's called?
