More like $US 6.25 a gallon.


Current OZ prices are around $1.10 a litre, equates to around $US 3.50 a
gallon

About what? 80% of that is gas taxes. That's more than the rest of the
EU where it's, like, 60% or 70%. Taxes are about 30% of the cost in the
USA.

Yep, here in Finland the tax is 70% and about 5.7 dollars per gallon of
95 octane

$1.87 for diesel!

Kate... run me a hose out here.... It's a wonder they don't stop
people at the border inspection stations and make 'em switch gas to
enter CA. Oooppsss.... probably shouldn't have given them the idea....
