Default soft brakes mazda323

can anyone help with my spongey brakes, i've got all new discs pads and
shoes, i tried a 2nd hand master cylinder which didnt help, i used an easy
bleed to get all the air out, servo is working ok
greased all pistons on calipers. could it be both master cylinders are
faulty. Please HELP
