Wolfsburg West calls the front ones "emblem clips":

Is it "ENGINE LID VW SCRIPT SECURING CLIPS"?

You can buy those original (or repop) parts if you want, or go to Ace
Hardware and find parts that work exactly the same way a lot faster and
cheaper.
