97 Caravan brake question
Hi -
I'm trying to replace the rear brake shoes (drum brakes) on a 97 Grand Caravan with about 108k miles on it - original rear brakes. I can't get the drums off! They are rusted on - no visible crack between the drum and the "hub". I've tried penetrating oil, heat and beat - no luck. How can I get these drums off? I don't have a large enough puller to grab the drum - should I borrow one and try this? Any other suggestions? Thanks - Brian |
