Removing Lettering From Vehicles
With most vehicles there is lettering glued on the car which usually
has the brand and model. Does anyone know the best way to remove it without messing up the vehicle? |

Heat it (a good hairdryer usually works) & carefully pull it off or pry it
off with something plastic (a metal screwdriver will scratch the paint). If there's glue residue or some of the tape left, you can get spray cans of chemical remover or buy an erasor that goes in a drill. Neither will damage the paint if done right. BTW make sure there are no nuts on the back before you get carried away! :-) HTH, ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver" Easy on the Giggle Cream! |
