1991 civic rear bearing changed
Just wanted to thank "TeGGeR=AE" and "Jim Bean" for their advice
on changing the rear hub and bearing. The nut cam off with the first try with the correct air driver. I did mine and my friends in about 3 hours. While we were at it we changed his rear brake shoes and ground down the "lip" on the inside of the drum. We used a borrowed torque wrench to set the nuts. In a few weeks I intend to do the right side of both Civics. Terry |

Changed right left and rear right brakes on friends car. I will change the right rear bering on my car this coming weeked, if one failed, the other can't be far behind.=20 Terry |

Change in axle sets only, even if it means tearing into it again later for a different purpose. -- TeGGeR® The Unofficial Honda/Acura FAQ www.tegger.com/hondafaq/ |

We changed both left and right rear shoes on my friend's Civic. We checked his front disk pads. Both were OK as they had been changed ~2years ago.=20 Terry |
