GM Sunroofs:

Did they ever make one that recesses INTO the vehicle roof
instead of sliding out up over it??? Is it that much more costly
to do that?

Looks really dorky...

Sure do. Take a look at the higher end cars. Yes it is more expensive
and harder to design because of the extra sealing required to keep water
at bay.
