Default Wheel removal

I have a Mazda station wagon with 17 inch aluminum alloy wheels. The wheel
lock on the front right wheel cracked and we were unable to remove it. We
were able to remove most of the broken lock with a cold chisel however a
small lip remains that we can't get at and we can't remove the wheel. Any
suggestions how to do this?

If the lip is totally inaccessible, in order to avoid damaging the
wheel, I'm afraid you'll have to center tap the lug bolt and drill it
out to the point where the wheel will come off. Then remove the
caliper/rotor and remove and replace the lug bolt.
Might be the long/tedious route, but cheaper than a new wheel and a
lot cheaper if you do it yourself.
