FS: Restored 71 Beetle in North East PA (Honesdale) - $4,500 USD

My cousin is a real estate appraiser and came across a 71 Yellow Bug this weekend. Looks to be in great shape from what I see in the
pictures. The man that restored it apparently did restorations in his garage but has since passed away. I'm told it's being sold for $4,500
USD.
