When this dork bites the big green weiner, we can only hope he wont take
innocents with him. "When I turn 18 I'm gonna make a big loan with no credit history...". We might get lucky and he'll choke on one of his toy cars.... A few things came to mind after reading your enlightening post:
1. You have no idea about anything... go back to middle school 2. A cop can do just about whatever he wants to you. If he sees you break the law, it's your word against his, and who do you think a judge is going to believe? Your "just turned 18 and have a fast Acura" ignorant self or a respected law enforcement officer? See statement 1. 3. Street racing is silly... see statement 1. While we've all mashed the throttle and did the stoplight boogie a time or two, innocent people lose their lives when two idiots light it up on a busy road, or start that Fast + the Furious weaving through traffic stupidity. If you want to be a real man, take your grudge races to a drag strip. That way, you can do it legally, you can throw down a side bet if you wish, and nobody can complain because of any outside distractions. It's just you, the tree, and the guy in the other lane. 4. You're pitting a turbo RSX-S against a stock Mirage? See statement 1. (noticing a trend?) Why don't we just put a twin-turbo Lingenfelter Corvette against your turbo RSX-S, while we're dreaming? At least make it a fair comparo. Picking like companies... stock RSX-S against a stock Lancer EVO? I'm not even so sure the NSX could take the EVO in a straight line. My guess is that this '04 Acura is your dream, and this '97 Mitsubishi is an actual car... and you're telling someone that you're gonna kick their ass with your dream. I knew a kid like you. Always said he wanted to race me. What he meant was he wanted me to race his friend, who occasionally got to borrow someone else's WS-6. Neither of them had cars. Sadly, I beat them on foot too. Then I drove away and let them walk. 5. See statement 1 again just to refresh your memory. 6. I hope you don't live anywhere near me. 7. The RSX isn't that nice of a machine. Nice, but not that nice. I was looking at them for a while. Would have made a great daily beater and probably would have held its resale value well, but not as nice as they make it out to be. And for a clean-cut guy in his mid 20's pulling up to the (Acura) dealer in a clean '97 Cobra, nobody even came out to see why I was there, even as I stood there admiring the car on a couple different occasions. You'd figure they'd spot an easy target with a decent trade. Good luck getting them to notice you... being not even 18 years old, no money or financial responsibility to your name, and that gleam of street racing in your eye. Probably shouldn't have fed the troll.. but oh well.. I forgot to mention...
Maybe you should get a motorcycle. I suggest a GSX-R, CBR, or one of the big Ninjas (a turbo Huyabusa maybe?). Think of how much faster that would be, and cheaper too. You could do wheelies and show off to all your friends. You'd also be less likely to take anyone else with you when you go. Cops can **** you in the ass if they choose to. They are allowed BY LAW (in
Arkansas anyway) to make a visual estimate of your speed & even arrest you. See JS's post... namely step #1. -Mike -- A happy kid behind the wheel of a 98 Mustang GT Cold air intake FRPP 3.73 gears Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter Flowmaster 40 Series mufflers (self-installed woohoo) Hi-speed fan switch 255/60R-15 rear tires Subframe connectors Aluminum adjustable clutch quadrant > wrote in message oups.com... > I cant race yet but i will, But i know things about it, but dude you > shouldnt say where you guys meet and race just more reasons for there > to be more cops, and o yea a get the raar reader if a cop pulls you > over and he didnt have his radar on he cant do **** to you lol no joke > read it in the law book thigy i did at my freinds house! > O yea Who do you think would win a 97 mitsubishi Mirage or a 04 Acura > RSX Type-S, with Greddy Bolt on Turbo kit? lol the acuras would smoke > the mirage stock lol! > |

I'd like to amend my original statment to include the "F&F weaving through traffic", instead of a couple of days in jail, he shoould be put to sleep. -- YOU are the real piece of work in this post. I think you are a couple of drumsticks short of a picnic there bud. - SVTKate |
