Default advice needed on buying 95 325ic 5spd with 155K miles

I've never owned a BMW before and do not know what I should be looking for
with so many miles on the car. I have not looked at the car yet, however
want to be prepared for when I do. Is there any major service work that
should have already been done prior to this many miles or needed soon i.e.
valve job, new clutch, wiring, injectors, etc?
Thanks

This is basically a really good car. Older 93's weren't built too well,
95s are fine.

The rear subframe bushings may need doing by now. Parts are cheap and a
good independant mechanic will have the right tool to fit them. By 155k
if it's on the original shcoks think about new ones. For a convertible
with normal suspension I'd use Boge turbo gas.

If it's got no history be sure to change ALL the fluids (diff, gearbox,
power steering, coolant, etc.).
