fuel pump re-set

Blow a fuse for fuel on 95 explorer ,need help finding re-set button.

I'm not sure if it's the same thing but there is a fuel shutoff reset button
on the 91-94's that is down where the passenger's feet go in the front, just
under the top of the carpet. It's mainly to shut off the fuel in case of a
collision but perhaps it tripped in your case.
