dale jr drop 100 points from race

Dale jr's confiscated bracket lost him 100 champoinship points from
the race! this is really for us earnhardt fans.. but of course we will
not stop our support! let us continue to make our voices heard by

I'm just curious and it makes no difference to me..... but,

how you know that he even "wants" that number?
or that his new team wants that number?
or that his primary sponsor wants it?
or that the memoribillia sellers want it to stay the same??? (likely not eh)

Does having a different number mean you wouldn't support him anymore,

RH and Bud just might want to return to the #25 and kick Mears over to the
#5. Bud sponsored the #25 at one time WITH RH. (They also changed the #25
to #50 for the 50th anniversary of N$ with Bud on the side) And you are
correct....a number change would be a boom for merchandisers.
