Default Removing ink from interior vinyl surfaces

I have a 97 Accord. A friend accidentally dragged a pen across the
vinyl covered door handle. I tried armorall and krud kutter, 70%
alcohol and the stain has only faded. Do any of you have a solution to
remove ink?
Thanks
