Of course, they also make you eligible for another ticket. CA VC does
not allow any cover over license plates. -Lee

Dunno, but I have a pallet of photo blocker spray that is 100%
garaunteed. Came from OSH, originally labels "BBQ Black Enamel". Just
need to print some new labels and I'm off to eBay to get rich.
