Default 97 SL2 Wheel Bearings

My front right wheel makes a loud noise when I turn a complete left
-usually a U-turn. I just recently had the brake pads and routers replaced
so I thought it might be related to this. Does anyone know of anything that
would cause this noise? The car is fine driving - I am just concerned
about safety.
Thanks!

If the caliper was replaced with hose twisted the wrong way it could be
rubbing on the tire on sharp turns. Remove the tires and check for a worn
spot on brake hoses.
