Hello,

Does anyone know how to remove pine resin(rosin)?

Or, does anyone know where can I get some tool(or some liquid) ??

Please tell me your recommendation.

Try WD40.

By the way, I think WD40 is OIL.
Is it OK to use it for car body??

It is more of a solvent and water displacement fluid than an oil. I
have never seen it harm any finish, but if you are worried, try it on
some spot that doesn't show much.
