Which car seat for a Celica 1997?

I have a Celica 1997 P reg and have had the front air bag disconnected
and my Graco travel system fits fine but baby is nearly 1 year old and
I want a seat for the back seat. Problem is the back seats are the
bucket type and every seat I try wont fit safely. Halfords tried
everything with no luck, even head office rang me to say they couldn't
help.

Has anyone fitted a car seat into a Celica?

Please advice with exact make and model so I can track one down.
Preferably one that goes forward and rear facing.

Had to sell a nice old Celica because I couldn't find a car seat that
would fit the back seat. That was a long time ago. Hope you have
better luck.
