please refer to my previous instructions...

it will allow traffic to move faster, so that we can arrive
at the next red light 1st....fwiw....

Has anyone actually seen this being enforced? "Driving right, passing
left" is clearly not part of the Turnpike mentality.

It was working on I-25 south past Castle Rock. There's a big "Stay right
except to pass" sign up, and people were actually doing just that.

I wonder if anyone is actually being ticketed?

Nope, because it is, practically speaking, unenforceable, particularly on
the Turnpike.
