Default 62 Rim/tire question

Hello,

I am assembling a 62 and replacing the tru-spoke wire wheels with original
rims/hubcaps.
However, I would like to keep the P23560R15 tires "or similar" (I like the
wider tires). What size rim (OEM type) do I need to work with these tires?
Would a mid-year type 6 inch rim work with these tires?

Thanks!!!!!
JP

You should use a rim in the range of 7" to 8" wide for those tires
(BTW, the tire width will be about 9.25 inches); sorry, I can't tell you
what/whether rim will work on your car.

Here's a website that might be of some help figuring out what you need:
