Fuel system for Bank One too Lean code
I have a 98 Accord that is showing a P0171 (fuel system in Bank One too
lean) code, and also a P0170 (fuel compensation value for Bank One exceeded the specified range). These codes have come on intermittently, but usually go off after a day or two. This time it is staying on longer. Other symptoms: an occasional fuel smell, and earlier there was a hesitation when I would accelerate from a stop (even once or twice bucking and almost stalling). Where should I start? I have heard vacuum lines, fuel injector, mass air flow sensor, and lazy O2 sensor so far. |

A 4 cylinder IS bank one. The code is the same whether it is a 4 or 6
cylinder. The diagnoses will be different depending on whether it is a 4 or 6 cylinder. So Steve, mind your own business. Now that we've established that I have a 4-cylinder and the location of bank
one, could someone please respond to my original question? "Honda Doc" > wrote in message ... > A 4 cylinder IS bank one. The code is the same whether it is a 4 or 6 > cylinder.
