rF Rank

Hi folks,

I've been hacking away at rfactor rank (rF Rank for short) for a bit,
and it would be great if some folks could give it a go and see if
career.blt creation and uploading works.

It takes a bit of jumping through hoops to create the career.blt file
from all those series-specific .cch-files, but a python script (plus
installation & usage instructions) is available to do the task on the
upload page, and some kind soul has already promised to provide a
stand-alone binary in the future (using the script is simple enough,
however

You'll need the 1.048 beta patch available at rfactor.net if you plan to
upload your laptimes to rF Rank as previous rF versions won't store the
necessary details in the .cch files.
