A friend of mine just got a widescreen LCD today and on his X1650 with 512mb ram the one game we tried so far ran fine. Most new LCD's scale down to lower widescreen resolutions fine anway so it's not like you are forced to run at the native res, or even at a widescreen res. Of course native res is optimal for sharpness but it isn't absolutely critical for games. |
