need a templte

I've download the Nascar Heat mod A-Modifieds from raceline central and
I'm trying to get the template for this. Apparently there was an attack
on their site and if I try to download the file I get a anti-leech
response telling me to contact the webmaster and report the problem. I
can't do that since the site won't let me register. Does anyone have
this template file and could you send me a copy??
